Vaitor, this Thrash Metal band from Pereira, Colombia, is formed starting the 2008, when it?s disintegrated the grouping Thormentor. This grouping is formed by three members, maintaining some of their old songs and bringing other to life, with a musical proposal much more elaborate, technical and aggressive.
One of the most important ideas for Vaitor, is to conserve the characteristic style of the bands of the decade of the eighties's (80's), at the same time that develops a virtuous sound, in which it is present the musical influence of the great metal bands ever like Sodom, Possessed, Kreator, Sepultura and Sadus, among others; developing in other things, a theme with a political content, social, written and sung in the Spanish language.
At mid-year 2009, Vaitor decides to record a demo, which would be entitled: 'Aqui esta el Thrash', which has three songs with the new musical proposal group. Vaitor continues working on their next albums, among which are their album 'Deto-Nacion'.
