Bonestorm is one of the death metal bands from Bucaramanga. A musical proposal led from the beginning by Carlos Jácome L. in which the main idea was extreme metal, a project in which many elements of classic and contemporary death metal, a style of extreme metal that conveys a strong message.
Initially, Daniel Villamizar (bassist), Andrés Arenas (drummer), José Castilla (guitarist) and Alex Sepúlveda (session bassist), who for one reason or another would not continue in this Colombian band.
In 2008 Roberto Angarita would join Bonestorm, a musician who would make very valuable contributions, not only musically but also conceptually in this Death Metal.
Bonestorm Metal Styles
Bonestorm has been nurtured by the musical influences of the best Death Metal bands: Sinister, Grave, Decapitated, Pestilence, Cannibal Corpse and Deicide. There are several Colombian bands that have played an important role in Bonestorms sound, including the < b>Colombian band Masacre and the Colombian band Soulburner.
Within the music production carried out by this band, Bonestorm has: The Black Plague, which was a single promoted in 2006, and Digging His Own Tomb , a demo produced in 2008, both of these recordings were made independently in the city of Bucaramanga.
Bonestorms latest albums include the production of their first full-length Hidden Horizon, recorded in Bucaramanga, at Magnetic House Studio, and where it was mixed and mastered at the Area 51 studios in Medellín.
Hidden Horizon is produced by Bonestorm and French record label Headless Cross Records.
